Every piece leaves our Miami showroom insured and packed for its size and fragility. Smaller works ship by courier at a flat rate; furniture and antiques travel by white-glove crews who bring the piece into your room. Costs and lead times are shown on each product page before you check out.

How a delivery works
1 · You purchase or reserve
Because every piece is one of a kind, the item is removed from the floor the moment your order is placed.
2 · We confirm the delivery method
Standard and oversized shipping are charged at checkout. White-glove pieces receive a written quote within one business day, based on your address and access.
3 · Packing & crating
Fragile and antique pieces are blanket-wrapped and crated by our fine-art handlers before anything moves.
4 · Scheduled delivery
You receive tracking or a two-person delivery window. White-glove crews place the piece exactly where you want it and take the packaging with them.
Good to know
- Local pickup is always free. Collect any piece from 8650 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, by appointment.
- Lead times are estimates. Crating, carrier schedules and building access can shift a white-glove delivery by a week or two; we keep you updated at every stage.
- International shipping is available on request. Duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility and are quoted before we ship.
- Everything is insured in transit for its full purchase price. In the rare case of damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
- Access matters. Tell us about stairs, elevators, narrow doorways or HOA delivery windows up front so the quote and crew are right the first time.
